The ASTA name and logo are trademarks registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and are only available for use by ASTA members. It is ASTA's policy to take any steps necessary under state and federal law to prevent unauthorized use of our trademarked material.

A company that continues to misrepresent affiliation with ASTA will remain on this list.

Before reporting a violation, we ask that you first check the alleged logo violator's membership status at ASTA.org
