The following list contains the names of companies that are using ASTA's logo without permission. The ASTA name and logo are trademarks registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and are only available for use by ASTA members. It is ASTA's policy to take any steps necessary under state and federal law to prevent unauthorized use of our trademarked material.
A company that continues to misrepresent affiliation with ASTA will remain on this list.

Before sending, please include all relevant documentation (e.g. Web address). Copies of non-electronic documentation (e.g. letterhead, business card, etc.) should be faxed to 703-684-9185.
Before reporting a violation, we ask that you first check the alleged logo violator's membership status at ASTA.org
