The importance of a travel agent is not an aspect of travel I understood until we worked with John. He did our most important vacation, our honeymoon. The insight, guidance, and advice he was provided to us in choosing a trip, preparing for it, and enjoying it was invaluable. We never had a vacation which was as well executed and flawless as this one. We spent two weeks in Italy with no problems or hiccups and John made sure of it. He planned and prepared us every step of the way offering us his incredible knowledge and years of experience to give us an unforgettable vacation.
